Modifying or Cancelling Your Weekend Getaway Package
We understand that plans can change. Here's how you can modify or cancel your Weekendesk getaway package:
Eligibility for Modification/Cancellation:
- Timeframe: Packages can be modified or cancelled within the timeframe specified in your booking confirmation email. This is typically before the check-in date.
- Booking Status: Only packages that have not yet commenced (i.e., check-in date has not passed) can be modified or cancelled.
Steps to Modify or Cancel a Package:
- Log In: Access your Weekendesk account on our website to view your bookings.
- Select Your Booking: Locate the booking you wish to modify or cancel.
- Choose Action: Select the option to modify or cancel and follow the on-screen instructions to complete your request.
- Receive Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your request is processed.
Important Considerations:
- Refunds: Refunds for cancellations will be processed according to our refund policy. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Rebooking: If you cannot modify your booking, consider cancelling and booking a new package that suits your new plans.
